Schedule a visit
When you visit the museum, you will be guided round by a member of the Education team.
Large-group visits must be scheduled in advance with the Education team:

Visitor guidelines
- Visitors may not sit or lean on the furniture or touch the objects inside the house.
- Bicycles are not permitted inside the museum premises. Please use the bicycle rack on the sidewalk nearby.
- Access to the museum is denied to visitors in beachwear and/or wearing no shirt.
- Visitors may not consume food or drink inside the museum’s exhibition spaces.
- Please use the lockers. Only items smaller than 30 cm are allowed into the exhibition spaces.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the museum and garden.
- Animals are not allowed into the museum and garden unless they are permitted by law.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in all activities inside and outside the museum.
- Toys are not allowed inside the museum.
- For everybody’s safety, running is not permitted in the museum premises.
- Strollers are not permitted inside the museum, and we do not have a place to store them.
- Photography without a flash is permitted. Professional filming and photo shoots must be scheduled in advance by email: producao@evaklabin.org.br.
- If you have any questions, please ask a member of the museum staff.
The museum does not tolerate any form of discrimination, prejudice, or harassment towards its visitors or employees, whether verbally or through actions, or any behavior that may jeopardize the safety and conservation of the museum and its exhibits. The museum reserves the right to remove any person who breaks these rules and deny them access to the museum.
We expect all our visitors to observe our guidelines and to respect all visitors and staff, as set forth in federal law #7716/89.

Accessibility
The Eva Klabin Museum is equipped with ramps that provide access to the rooms on the first (ground) floor. However, there is as yet no wheelchair access to the second floor of the house. The museum has accessible washroom and baby changing facilities. The material produced for our temporary exhibitions is written in plain language and printed on color-contrasting backgrounds.
The Eva Klabin Museum has free Wi-Fi for visitors.
