What are the opening hours of the Eva Klabin Museum?

The Eva Klabin Museum is open from Wednesdays to Sundays, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

 

How much does it cost to visit?

Admission to the Eva Klabin Museum is free.

 

Does the museum offer guided tours?

Yes. All visits to the museum are guided by a member of the education team.

 

How do I schedule a group visit?

You can schedule a group visit by phone between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays, and between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, on +55 21 3202 8550 (ext. 23), or you can email us at educacao@evaklabin.org.br.

 

Are visitors allowed to touch the objects in the house?

Visitors are not permitted to touch the objects in the house unless indicated otherwise. If in doubt, ask an assistant or guide.

 

Can I take photographs of the interior of the house?

Yes, but please do not use flash photography.

 

Are bags and backpacks allowed?

You can carry a bag on your tour provided it is no larger than 30 cm. We have lockers for any bigger items.

 

Can I use my phone during the visit?

To get the most out of your guided tour and appreciate the exhibits, and to allow others to do likewise, we ask our visitors to refrain from using their phones while visiting the house, even on silent mode.

 

Does the museum have a cafeteria or restaurant?

No. There is a stand that sells refreshments on weekends, and there are also drinking fountains.

 

Does the museum have Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi for visitors.

 

What exhibitions are on at the moment?

In addition to the permanent collection, the Eva Klabin Museum offers a range of temporary exhibitions.

 

How do I register for the courses given at the museum?

Tickets can be purchased on our INTI channel.

 

Are animals allowed in the Eva Klabin Museum?

Animals are not allowed into the museum and garden unless they are permitted by law, with appropriate documentation.

 

Does the museum have wheelchairs?

Yes, we have a wheelchair for visitors measuring 106 x 62 x 97 cm. Please note that access is limited due to physical space constraints.

 

Does the museum have strollers?

No, we do not have strollers for use by visitors. Strollers are not permitted inside the museum and we do not have a place to store them.

 

Does the museum have car parking?

No, there is no car parking available. We recommend our visitors use public transportation or ride-hailing services.
